Supporting HCA Volunteers: Caring for the Community Hours
Caring for the Community hours encourage HCA employees to volunteer during normal working hours at local agencies. Full-time employees receive 16 hours a year (part-time employees receive 8 hours) to volunteer. To support use of these hours, Community Relations provides current volunteer opportunities listings and assistance in matching employee interests with community need through our online giving system (see Employee Giving tab).
